Born in 1996 in Troy, New York to a geologist and a nurse, Sophia L. Hisert grew up with an ever increasing amount of younger brothers and dogs. She attended Emma Willard Girls School where she accidentally joined a cult, ended up in a bullfighting ring , and attended a wedding of a complete stranger in a remote village on the Cambodia-Vietnam border.
Sophia having graduated in 2019 with a Sequential B.F.A and Animation minor from Savannah College of Art and Design, she is currently working as a freelancer and making comics.
She is based out of Atlanta where she live’s with her partner, cats and ever growing amount of tomato plants.
